I really enjoyed the 2 day training. Some areas I found didn’t relate to my role currently, however they definitely would be areas I would want to aim towards as I develop in the role. Steve was very engaged and presented well.

I really enjoyed the course. I think it is well planned and laid out, easy to follow. The trainer used a good range of visual and discussion/tests based activities which brings Ideas to adapt and to implement. Lots of interesting topics discussed with specific and targeted advice, it felt relevant and tailored to the group. In regard of β€˜remote’ course, it can be a bit exhausting but Interactive and enjoyable.
