Live Virtual Training for Field Service and Support Managers

It’s here!  Our Support Manager Version 10 class, updated for 2020 and for delivery online, is now available for booking.  

 

With no end in sight to the COVID-19 pandemic just yet, online training has become our new normal.  So this is a great opportunity for managers who previously haven’t been able to take a full week away from their service operation, or been able to travel to the UK for a face-to-face class, to get Support Manager accredited.

 

We are offering Field Service Managers the option of attending this course and one extra module to meet the requirements for Certified Field Service Manager accreditation at no additional cost.
