KYC Documents

Individual – Resident Indian

You will be required to upload any ONE of the following document as proof of identity.

  • Aadhar Card
  • PAN Card*
  • Voter ID
  • Passport

*If using a PAN card, or if the address on your proof of identity document does not match the delivery address, then you will also be required to upload ONE proof of address document from the list below. The address on this document must match the delivery address.

  • Bank Account Statement
  • Electricity Bill
  • Employee ID
  • Hotel Booking Receipt
  • LPG Connection Receipt
  • Rent Agreement

Company

Your company will be required to upload the following FOUR documents/categories of document.

  1. Import Export Code (IEC) of the Company. The company name on this document must match the company name specified on the shipment. If the Company is exempted from IEC then you will be required to select the category of exemption from the drop down options available on the KYC website.
  2. Any ONE of the following documents. The company name on this document must match the company name specified on the shipment.
    • GST Certificate
    • PAN Card
  3. Any ONE of the following proof of address documents. The address on this document must match the delivery address.
    • Bank Account Statement
    • Electricity Bill
    • Telephone Bill
    • Lease / Rent Agreement
    • Other government official document
  4. The Authorized Dealer (AD) code. Proof of the AD Code can be provided by uploading any ONE of the following documents.
    • Screenshot of AD code registration on ICEGATE
    • Shipping Bill Copy filed in ICES 1.5.
    • Bill of Entry Copy filed in ICES 1.5.
