The FIVE BEHAVIOURS of a COHESIVE TEAM is an assessment-based learning experience that helps individuals and organisations realise what it takes to build a truly high performing team.
The assessment and facilitation illustrates how the team scores on the key components of The Five Behaviours model. Detailed individual assessments complete the picture of the team members’ personality styles and the team as a whole. Powered by Everything DiSC®, the profiles generated by the assessment lead participants to understand their own DiSC® styles and the styles of their colleagues in the most approachable and effective way possible.
Who Should Attend
The program is designed for intact teams and work groups. This two or three-day facilitated session, depending on the number of team members and existing levels of co-operation and collaboration, needs to be attended by all members of the team together.
